Hot Buttered Rum

Make this delicious hot buttered rum recipe with Liquor City!

  • 115g unsalted butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp grated orange zest
  • ¾ tsp grated cinnamon
  • ¾ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 30ml rum
  • ¾ cup of boiling water
  • Fresh orange juice

  1. Beat butter with the sugar, orange zest, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg until combined.
  2. Mix 2 tbsp butter with 3 tbsp rum.
  3. Pour hot water.
  4. Top with fresh orange juice.
