This rich, full bodied Pinot Gris comes from several of our Marlborough vineyards. It is partially barrel fermented and has stone-fruit and spice flavours. The wine has a soft finish – medium dry in style – and is widely considered one of the best NZ Pinot Gris produced in recent years and is now vegan certified. This Marlborough Pinot Gris works well with snapper fillets, rolled in fresh breadcrumbs and shallow fried, or with hot baked ham and glazed kumara.
