Ingredients

    • 1 oz – 30 ml Limoncello Luxardo
    • 1 oz – 30 ml Bitter
    • 1 oz – 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
    • 2 oz – 60 ml club soda
    • 1sprig fresh thyme

Method
Place the thyme in a tumbler glass and muddle to release the oils, then add ice and ingredients, stir well and serve.
Garnish
Sprig of fresh lemon verbena.
Note
Slice of orange and lemon peel twisted.
