Surprise your guests with an after dinner dessert that will surely bring back memories of summers past. These popsicles are a real treat and perfect for those long summer evenings in the sunshine


  • 200ml of Merrys White Chocolate Irish Cream Liqueur.
  • 800ml of whole milk.
  • 150ml sugar syrup.
  • 4 leaves of gelatin.


  • Soak gelatin leaves.
  • Warm cream, milk and sugar syrup.
  • Add gelatine.
  • Pour into individual ice pop moulds and freeze.
