- 200ml of Merrys White Chocolate Irish Cream Liqueur.
- 800ml of whole milk.
- 150ml sugar syrup.
- 4 leaves of gelatin.
- Soak gelatin leaves.
- Warm cream, milk and sugar syrup.
- Add gelatine.
- Pour into individual ice pop moulds and freeze.
